Pouso and Mangues:
They are two beautiful green and calm beaches between Palmas and Lopes Mendes, connected by a small track of about 200m. It’s where the boats leave their passengers who go to Lopes Mendes. There is a restaurant on the beach, right next to the track to Lopes.

Track:
From Camping Paraiso it is necessary to walk along Praia de Palmas that is 200m from Camping Paraiso (Praia Brava) and take the track on the right side of those facing the sea in Palmas. From Mangues, the track starts on the left side of those facing the sea, after going across a small bridge.

Tip:
Remember to eat and to take water because there aren’t any stores on those beaches.
